Most days it seems I am on the go, non-stop, from morning until I crawl into bed at night. (Perhaps this is why I don't ever make time to blog.)
I am working in the Kids Club at Premier Sport and Fitness. I work there Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights and on Saturdays. Tyson has speech school on Mondays.
While the kids are napping, I work during those hours for my friend's coaching company.
And, I am training for a half-marathon. So we go to the gym in the morning, I drop the kids off at Kids Club and I run. I do my long runs on the weekends. There are 4 of us that are running together. But, so far I have only been able to run with Nadia outside. Last Saturday was the first day that I had done any mileage off the treadmill. We did 8 miles at 6:00am and it felt soooo easy. I was so worried that it would be hard because we did a few hills. After running the 8 miles (at a 9 min. 14sec mile) I totally felt like I could still run more. That felt good!
So this weekend we are up to 9 miles. The half-marathon is looking so much more doable.
More new news is that Luke and I are going to Vegas for 4 days...by ourselves! This is so exciting! I am so ready to just relax and have nothing to do for 4 days. (Well I do need to do a 10 or 11 mile run and another short run...but nothing else!!!!)
